One thing I've been thinking about is doing diet reviews on this blog. There are so many different diet programs out there that make no sense at all, and then again there are plenty that seem very sensible and would probably be able to help a lot of people.
Some of them are specifically catered around weight loss, some focus on gaining optimal health, and then there are some who focus on adding muscle mass. I plan on doing honest reviews, and cutting straight through all the hype to find if these eating plans actually make
