I am going to introduce a new feature on this blog. It is called the "Crazy diet review", and in it I will discuss diet plans that I feel don't make a lot of sense, or might even be downright dangerous.
Today on the spot is the Yoplait yogurt diet plan, but this is a 2-week weight loss plan based around eating several servings of Yoplait yogurt every day, along with other low-fat foods such as chicken breasts, vegetables and cereals.
Every time you see a food company recommending some sort of diet plan based around eating
