You may have heard some people mention the Crossfit WOD (workout of the day). The Crossfit WOD refers to the workout that is prescribed daily by the trainer, but a different one is prescribed every day and every person at the gym performs the same workout.
Crossfit claims to combine gymnastics, sprinting and weighlifting to improve the ten fitness domains: Strength, Endurance, Stamina, Power, Flexibility, Speed, Balance, Agility, Accuracy and Coordination.
