A few years ago, I was obsessed with gaining muscle.
I wanted to get bigger and bigger, and eventually compete in bodybuilding.
My cabinet was full of muscle building supplements, some of them right on the edge of being legal.
I had started putting up very respectable numbers in the squat and deadlift. My weight had gotten well over 200 pounds of mostly muscle, which is quite a lot considering I'm not very tall.
