I realize that some people might have problems with calling themselves "junk food addicts".
Although honestly acknowledging the problem is the first step to overcoming it, I don't really think it is necessary for people to admit to full-blown addiction in order to quit eating junk food.
If you are one of those people, then I have an alternative solution.
Call yourself an all or nothing person instead.
An all or nothing person either does something to the fullest, or doesn't do it at all.
