10 Reasons not to exercise

Do you feel guilty about not exercising?

That's probably because you've heard all those reasons why exercise is good for you.

Well, there's no need to be guilty. There are also plenty of perfectly good reasons NOT to exercise.

1. Exercise is time consuming
It's hard to deny the fact that exercise takes time.

It takes time to drive to the gym, it takes time to change clothes, and it takes an awful long time running on the treadmill and lifting weights.

I mean come on. It's 2011. Who has time for this nonsense?
