In this article I am going to discuss the best healthy foods to eat to lose weight.

Last week I wrote a post about the worst foods to eat when losing weight, and to recap, they include added sugar, wheat, trans fats and industrial seed oils.

Before I get into this, I'd like to mention that of course serving sizes and calories do matter, but food selection is more important in my opinion.
