Last week I wrote a post about the worst foods to eat when losing weight, and to recap, they include added sugar, wheat, trans fats and industrial seed oils.

Have you happened to notice some strange folks wear shoes that look like feet?
Well, that's not surprising because these are becoming more and more common nowadays. People wear them while walking, running, hiking and in the gym.

Today's featured superhuman is Annie Mist Thorisdottir, a 22 year old female from Kopavogur, Iceland.
She is the female 2011 Crossfit world champion.
